Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your Sandy Bums high chair, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help! Please review our policy below:

1. 30-Day Exchange Policy:

   • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange your item or receive store credit, minus the cost of return shipping.

2. Return Shipping:

   • You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty.
   • All exchanged items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

3. Exchange Denial:

   • Items returned without their original packaging or deemed unfit by our inspection team may be denied an exchange.

4. Refunds:

   • We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only issued in compliance with the applicable consumer laws, with return shipping covered by us if the item is faulty.

5. Order Cancellations:

   • Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled, so please choose carefully.
